**Das machst du**:
Du bist für das Projekt
- und Beratungsgeschäft der Business Unit Solution Consulting in unserer Region Nordost mit den beiden Standorten Berlin und Hamburg verantwortlich. Dabei führst du disziplinarisch ein sechsköpfiges Management-Team, welche jeweils in ihren Teams die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter aus den Kompetenzfeldern Individual-Softwareentwicklung, Analytics sowie Digitalisierungsberatung verantworten. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle berichtest du direkt an den Geschäftsführer und Leiter der Business Unit Solution Consulting.
- Du bist Mitglied des Führungskreises der OPITZ CONSULTING Deutschland GmbH (Directors Circle).
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Director Sales NO vertrittst du die Region nach innen und außen. Gemeinsam seid ihr für die Ergebnisse der Region verantwortlich und arbeitet kontinuierlich an einem attraktiven Kunden
- und Mitarbeiterportfolio.
- Du sicherst mit Deinem Team bestehende Umsatzpotenziale ab und nutzt diese für den weiteren Ausbau und die Erschließung neuer Kundenmandate im Sinne der Gesamtstrategie von OPITZ CONSULTING.
- Für die Abstimmung des Personalbedarfes und der optimalen Einsatzplanung agierst du als Bindeglied zwischen dem Kunden, Delivery und Vertrieb.
- Überregional bist du mit allen anderen Regionen und Bereichen vernetzt, so dass du sowohl den Erfolg der Region als auch den Gesamterfolg von OC gleichermaßen im Blick hast.
- Du sorgst durch Recruitingaktivitäten sowie durch eine gezielte Personal
- und Teamentwicklung für die stetige Entwicklung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in deiner Region.
- Du erweiterst aktiv unser Partnernetzwerk, um die Leistungsfähigkeit der eigenen Region bezüglich Wachstums und Profitabilität weiter auszubauen.
- Du entwickelst dein Team aus Führungskräften zu einem Höchstleister-Team, für das moderne Führung und wirtschaftlicher Erfolg keine Gegensätze sind.

**Das bringst du mit**:
Wir suchen eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung und Erfolg, die mit viel Herzblut und Engagement Lust darauf hat, gemeinsam mit dem Team das Projekt
- und Beratungsgeschäft in der Region Nordost auszubauen und stetig voranzutreiben.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit dem Schwerpunkt IT-Management oder Digitalisierung).
- Wünschenswert sind ergänzende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Bereich Coaching und Change Management.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei der Beratung von Kunden sowie im Management komplexer IT-Projekte im Bereich Individualsoftware und/oder Analytics und/oder Digitale Transformation mit.
- Du bist Vorbild in Wort und Tat in Bezug auf die beste Lösung für OC als Ganzes.
- Du blickst bereits auf eine längere, sehr erfolgreiche Zeit der Teamführung zurück oder hast sogar bereits über zwei oder mehr Ebenen geführt.
- Du weißt, worauf es ankommt, um durch gute Führung wirtschaftlichen Erfolg zu erreichen.
- Du verfügst über einen belegbaren Track Record in der Entwicklung deines/deiner Teams und agierst als Führungskraft auf Augenhöhe und gemeinsam im Team.
- Du bist engagiert, meinungsstark sowie kompromissbereit und beteiligst dich gern an überregionalen Netzwerken oder als Speaker auf Konferenzen.
- Berlin ist deine Homebase und Hamburg suchst du zeitweise auf, um regional eine Plattform für den direkten Austausch zwischen Mitarbeitenden und Management als Teil unserer OC|Kultur zu leben. Überregional bist du remote mit Netzwerken der OC Community in Verbindung, nimmst aber auch gerne persönlich an Veranstaltungen und Meetings teil.
