Your Tasks
- End-to-end responsibility for our equity and debt fundraising efforts
- Selection of and interface with fundraise advisors and/or investment banks
- Preparation of fundraise materials including business plan, and company and KPI presentations
- Organization of investor roadshow and presentation to prospect investors
- Investor selection and deal negotiation
- Organization of due diligence and deal documentation
- Collaboration with CLARK management and supervisory board
**Profile**:
- University degree in business or comparable studies
- Several years of professional experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance or private equity firm ideally with fundraising experience
- Outstanding analytical skills and experience with creating pitch decks and business plans
- Excellent presentation skills and a charismatic personality enabling you to communicate on point even in public appearances
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience in managing complex projects
