Die Enpal Production GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Enpal GmbH und bündelt unsere Aktivitäten der vertikalen Integration von Enpal entlang der Wertschöpfungskette. Wir arbeiten sowohl an dem Ausbau der Produktion von Komponenten mit strategischen Partnern, sowie dem Aufbau eines B2B Distributionsgeschäfts für diese Produkte.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Du bist für alle globalen Partnerships der Enpal Production GmbH verantwortlich, vom Erstkontakt, der Ausarbeitung einer Kollaboration über vertragliche Verhandlungen bis hin zur operativen Zusammenarbeit (Partner könnten z.B. Produktionspartner, IP-Partner, Lieferanten, Industrieverbände, nationale und europäische Regierungen oder ähnliche Institutionen sein)
- Du findest kreative Wege, um auf höchstem Level mit potenziellen neuen Partnern in Kontakt zu kommen und überzeugst diese von einer ‚Win-Win‘ Situation durch eine Zusammenarbeit
- Du verantwortest den Erfolg der Partnerschaften (sowohl operativ als auch finanziell) und begleitest diese entlang des gesamten Zeitraums der Zusammenarbeit, während du durchgehend als Hauptansprechperson fungierst
- Du bist als Stakeholder-Manager(in) die Spinne im Netz zwischen Enpal Production und allen externen Stakeholdern und repräsentierst sowohl die Enpal Production als auch die gesamte Enpal Gruppe nach Außen

Qualifikationen
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du bringst min 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Partnerships, Einkauf, Supply Chain sowie Energie
- und/oder Produktionssektor mit
- Du verfügst über min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem High-Performance Umfeld (z.B. Unternehmensberatung, Banking, Startup oder VC/PE)
- Du hast eine exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch und fühlst dich komfortabel auf höchstem Level mit Firmenvertreter*innen und Politiker*innen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du verfügst über exzellente Networking-Skills und hast ein Händchen dafür auf unkonventionelle Art und Weise mit Leuten in Kontakt zu kommen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und idealerweise auch dem Aufbau eines Teams
- Du bringst eine extrem hohe Selbstmotivation mit, eigenverantwortlich Projektthemen voranzutreiben und Ergebnisse zu erzielen
