Role Overview:


Global Role - EMEA & North America markets


As the Vice President of International Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth across international markets. You will lead a team of talented marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition in international markets.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize global marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Drive the development of compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, advertising materials, and sales tools, tailored to diverse international audiences.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize impact.


Key Hiring Criteria:


  • Proven track record in scaling up marketing efforts in a startup environment
  • SaaS experience is a must.
  • Success in driving growth, both in field and global marketing
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
  • Strong strategic thinking coupled with hands-on execution
  • Experience collaborating with regional VPs and channel partners
  • Proven ability to drive marketing-sourced ARR and overall revenue growth
  • Strong focus on growth and demand marketing, with a value-led approach
