We are looking for a Surgical Sales Representative to join our fast growing Surgical division in covering a newly created territory in Central Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia, West Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland) who is keen on leveraging the recently obtained reimbursement of on of our innovative products.

Our sales team is the face of our business, playing a vital role in increasing revenue, developing a strong impact on our brand reputation and building long term customer relationships all amount to our products reaching those in need. In this role you will manage your assigned territory working with products across our gynae surgical portfolio.

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Promote the company's surgical products to achieve the sales goals set in an ethical manner
- Maintain and develop the turnover with the existing clientele of the surgery range
- Prospect and win new customers
- Maintain and develop quality relationships with all decision-makers
- Ensure the training of medical staff in the use of our devices and provide technical assistance to gynae surgeons
- Participate in internal company training, sales meetings, conferences and other events
- Maintain the CRM internal to the company with the required information (contact details, visit reports, opportunities) Submit queries, sales forecasts and expense reports

**What you’ll need to be successful in this role**:

- Minimum 1 years B2B sales experience, preferably medical/surgical
- Drive to succeed and ability to work to targets
- Excellent communicator and strong relationship builder
- Fluent in English and German
- Able to travel in the region up to 80% (valid drivers license required)
