**Your mission**:
As a Sales Director (all genders) at Rivada Space Networks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global connectivity. We are looking for results-driven individuals with a strong background in B2B sales, specifically within the telecommunications or satellite industry. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strategic partnerships, understanding client needs, and driving value-based sales initiatives.
Location: Europe (for EMEA) or US East Coast (for the Americas) or Asia (for the Asian market)

This includes:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and expand the market in the assigned region (Asia, Europe, or the Americas)
- Identify key business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate partnership agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business strategies

**What you bring on the table**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or higher is appreciated, but not mandatory
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the telecommunications or satellite industry
- Understanding of value-based selling and the ability to communicate the unique value proposition of Rivada Space Networks
- Ability to think critically and develop innovative sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information
- Flexibility to navigate a dynamic and evolving industry landscape
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed

**About us**:
Rivada Space Networks GmbH is launching and operating a constellation of low-earth-orbit satellites to redefine secure, global connectivity for governments and enterprises. With offices in Germany and the United States, Rivada has developed a state-of-the art orbital network consisting of 600 satellites interconnected via laserlinks. We can connect any two points on the globe without touching the ground, for unparalleled security, latency, throughput, reach and mobility.
By putting infrastructure in space and thus creating a network that is truly global, we will be able to provide a new and revolutionary solution for today’s biggest data networking challenges. Two highly innovative and reputable companies will construct and launch our satellites.
Rivada is working with Terran Orbital to manufacture and SpaceX to launch our satellites. Deployment starts in 2025 with full-service launch in 2026.
