- Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.

Operations Support Specialist

As Operations Support Specialist, you are responsible for organizing and ensuring the integrity of incoming and outgoing documentation that supports all key department processes while collaborating with and supporting Revenue Operations functional teams. You will work on hybrid model from our Munich office, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home per week.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate incoming faxes and mail by uploading, tracking, and mapping files to patient records
- Assist with document flow management, including scanning and filing, in a timely manner
- Upload MRI and CT Scans
- Communicate with internal Revenue Operations teams and other key departments to ensure files are available and processed in a timely manner
- Monitor incoming communications and coordinate with appropriate members of the Revenue Operations team
- Perform quality checks on uploaded records to ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with audit requests and other projects as needed
- Perform all other duties or priorities assigned by management as needed
- Ensure activities comply with the applicable Novocure Quality System requirements
- Work on any projects assigned to the team as necessary

**Your profile**:

- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support environment
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the German healthcare system preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, specific to oncology preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- Proven ability to achieve goals in a timely manner exercising good judgment, creative problem solving, and sound decision-making skills
- High sensitivity towards patient data privacy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivation and willingness to make a difference in lives of cancer patients
- Highly professional and ethical behavior while contributing to the overall success of the company
- Very good German and good English in speaking and writing
