**Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Operations Officer (m/w/d) **Ref. 10164840***:
**Aufgabenprofil**:
Der/die Stelleninhaber ist tätig als Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Operations Officer (m/w/d) und übernimmt folgende Aufgaben**:

- Verwaltung von vertraglichen Aktivitäten von ILS für deutsche Kunden
- Vorbereitung, Leitung und Nachbereitung von Meetings zur technischen Überprüfung
- Unterstützung des ECP 1B-Management und erste Anlaufstelle für Materialsupport spezifische Ersatzteilthemen (Kits, LCI)
- Repräsentation von ILS auf speziellen Plateaus und Meetings
- Überprüfung und Durchführung von Follow-up-ILS-Aktionen
- Überwachen der ILS-Risiken und Chancen
- Support Flight Manual Teamaktivitäten (OS/SS)
- Einrichten und Überwachen der ILS-Planung
- Einrichtung und Überwachung des ILS Leistungsverbesserungsplans: Neue Änderungserstellung basierend auf Support-Erfahrung (TE, Top Irritant)

**Persönliche Anforderungen**:

- Kundenorientierung sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

**Studium**:

- Luft
- und Raumfahrt mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
- Supply Chain / Logistics mind. Bachelor-Studiengang

**Berufserfahrung**:

- Kundenservice/ Customer Service mind. über 3 Jahre
- Projektmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre

**Sprachkenntnisse**:

- Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher
- Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

**weitere Qualifikation**:

- Hubschrauberkenntnisse
