Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Spezialisten für Hardware-Support und Wartung. In dieser Rolle spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Team und unterstützen die Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Qualitätskontrolle von mobilen Datenerfassungsgeräten. **Das sind ihre Aufgaben**
- Inbetriebnahme von neuen Mobilfunk-Datenerfassungsgeräten für Messungen der Netz
- und Erlebnisqualität (Drive
- und Walk-Tests)
- Wartung, Inspektionen sowie Funktionskontrollen (Qualitätssicherung, Fehler erkennen, erfassen und beheben)
- Installation von benutzerdefinierten Software-Versionen auf Android Smartphones (Firmware Flashing)
- Ursachenanalyse
- Umgang mit Messgeräten (Multimeter, Oszilloskop, Network-Analyzer)
- Projektbezogene Kommunikation mit den internen Fachbereichen
- Support und Dokumentation
- Qualitätskontrollen

**Das bringen sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Informationstechnik und/oder Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Vorgehensweise, handwerkliches Geschick
- Grundkenntnisse in Windows / Android / Linux / Office
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Schaltplänen
- Interesse an neuen Aufgaben
- Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbständige Organisation und Priorisierung anfallender Aufgaben sowie ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
