Im Auftrag eines unserer besten GmBH-Kunden suchen wir einen Destop Support Engineer (Level 1)
**Erfahrung im Endbenutzer-Support**
- 2 bis 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung von IT-Infrastruktur-Support vor Ort, einschließlich der Fehlerbehebung bei Hardware-, Software
- und Betriebssystemproblemen und der Behebung der Probleme ohne Beeinträchtigung/Verletzung der Hardware-Garantie oder der Sicherheitsanforderungen des Kunden.
- Gute Fähigkeiten im Kundenmanagement,
- gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit zur Interaktion und Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden auf verschiedenen Ebenen.
- Eigeninitiative und Ergebnisorientierung.
- Leidenschaft für die Arbeit
- Fähigkeit, Fristen einzuhalten und Aufgaben fristgerecht zu erledigen
**Hardware-Fehlerbehebung und -Reparatur**
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Installation und Fehlerbehebung von Hardwareproblemen bei Laptops, Desktops, Druckern und Zubehör
- Grundkenntnisse von Unternehmens-LAN, WAN, Server-Setups und Konzepten. Fähigkeit, unter Anleitung intelligente und körperliche Hilfstätigkeiten vor Ort auszuführen.
- Fähigkeit, Computerausrüstung mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 50 lbs. zu heben/zu bewegen.
- Unterstützung bei der A/V-Ausstattung von Konferenzräumen und Fehlersuche
- Grundlegende VOIP-Telefonkonfiguration und Fehlerbehebung von Smart-Hand-Support für Peripheriegeräte und Netzwerkhardware, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Monitore, Tastaturen, Mäuse, Drucker, Faxgeräte, Scanner, Router, drahtlose Router, Switches, Firewalls, Racks, Schränke, Multiport-Datenabschlusspaneele - alles unter "Smart Hands"-Fähigkeit
**Betriebssysteme und Software**
- Erfahrung im Desk-Side-Support für die Installation und Fehlerbehebung von Betriebssystemen (Win 7/Win 10/MAC/Linux)
- Erfahrung mit Anti-Spyware
- und Anti-Virus-Software.\
- Grundlegende Installation und Fehlerbehebung von Standardsoftware und -anwendungen wie Adobe und Browsern
- Grundlegende Installation und Fehlerbehebung von Büroanwendungen (O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive)
- Kenntnisse über TCP/IP-Netzwerke, DNS, DHCP, VPN und RDP-Arbeitsprinzipien o Grundlegendes Verständnis der Mailkonfiguration und Fehlerbehebung von Mobile Device Management-Systemen (Airwatch / Xenmobile / Mobile Iron usw.), o Grundlegendes Verständnis von Datensicherungen,

**End User Support Experience**
- 2 to 4 years experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting/violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
- Good Customer management skill,
- Good in oral and written communication
- Able to interact and work with customers at different levels.

- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time
**Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair**
- Hands on experience in installing & troubleshooting hardware issues for Laptop, Desktop, Printers, and accessories
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, Server setups, and concepts. Ability to perform smart and physical assistance activity under instruction, at sites.
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
- Conference room A/V equipment assistance & troubleshooting
- Basic VOIP phone configuration & troubleshooting of Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels all under 'Smart Hands' capability
