**Customer Service Administrator**
**Location: Munich (Feldkirchen)**
**Salary range: €45,000 - €55,000**
The company is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of products for life science research and clinical diagnostics. Their products are used by scientists across the world in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and academic laboratories.
They are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator located at their site in Feldkirchen.
**The Position**:
Key responsibility is to provide complete administration for the Instrument Service Department and to keep, maintain and implement process controls for the management of service contracts, service billing, quotations and reporting.
Maintaining records to ensure the quality of data, renewal notices and all service mailings in line with business requirements.
Managing day to day tasks; scheduling of engineers’ resources according to the existing service level agreements, ordering spare parts, speaking with customer to arrange service and installation visits.
Main contact person of any question about service center repair.
Communicating with Field Service Engineers, Sales and Customer Technical Support to ensure all stakeholders are involved in the dispatching process.
Communicating with customers on scheduling and keep them updated.
The position is located from the office 3 days a week in Feldkirchen, and 2 days from home.
**The Requirements**:
Experience in a Customer Support, Customer Service or Administrator position.
Very good time management, organizational and planning skills.
Ideally experience in usage of ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
Fluent English and German skills in spoken and written are essential.
