**Technical Support Expert (m/w/d)**:

- STELLEN ID: 6869- STANDORT: Hamburg, DE, 22419- FACHBEREICH: ServiceDas Electrical Service Engineering ist ein Competence Center im Global Service Engineering. Wir, als internationales Team (Spanien, USA, Mexiko und Deutschland), geben weltweiten elektrotechnischen Support. Dabei decken wir alle Komponenten vom Netzanschluss, über Generator bis zum Pitch System, vom Commissioning bis zur Service Lebensdauer ab.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Globaler 2nd Level remote und on-site Support für elektrische Komponenten (Pitch System und Schleifring)
- Troubleshooting von zeitkritischen und komplexen technischen Störungen
- Arbeiten in interdisziplinaren Projekt-Teams als technischer Experte
- Vorbildfunktion für hohe Standards der Sicherheit und Qualität
- Erstellen und Prüfen von technischer Dokumentation
- Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von Retrofitmaßnahmen
- Erstellung von Berichten der Ursachenanalyse

**IHR PROFIL**
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder gleichwertiger Abschluss mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige nachgewiesene Erfahrung im elektrischen Bereich der Windindustrie
- Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche und Reparatur von elektrischen Komponenten
- Englischkenntnisse, fließend in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative, hier Zielorientierung und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse von Standard-Software wie MS-Office
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
- Führerschein Klasse B und Höhentauglichkeit G41
