**About the department**

The Legal, Ethics, Quality & Compliance team works closely together to implement Novo Nordisk's business strategy, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment where teamwork and open communication are highly valued.

**The position**

As Executive Assistant you will be the right hand of the VP Legal, Ethics, Quality & Compliance and contribute to supporting and following up on the implementation of LECQ-related policies and decisions.

Your main responsibilities include
- Coordinating and effectively implementing relevant processes, meetings and trainings.
- Preparing and coordinating presentations for the VP and the team.
- Supporting, coordinating, and evaluating the team's strategic projects and initiatives.
- Handling projects with regional and international relevance.
- Supporting the conceptualization and implementation of local LECQ initiatives.
- Responsibility for the preparation and analysis of statistics as well as for the preparation and tracking of the budget.

**Qualifications**
- Successfully graduate with a university degree, ideally a Masters
- Initial work experience in a similar position would be of advantage
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of German would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a precise and comprehensible manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the motivation to effectively prioritize and coordinate your tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in coordinating projects and creating and tracking budgets, demonstrating an analytical mindset to analyse data and derive meaningful insights.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders at different levels.
