**We are looking for**:
We are seeking a full-time **Team Assistant (m/w/d) Einkauf** for our client, an international industrial company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in business administration or similar preferred
- Major focus: Management Assistant or Purchasing Assistant
- Very good English skills are needed

**The Job**:

- In your new role you assist the Sourcing Manager and the team by taking part in contract management: storing and maintaining contracts as well as support the contract retention.
- You are responsible for meeting organizations. This task includes: Participant availability coordination, Meeting Room reservation, Videoconference set-up/coordination
- You support your team with Travel management, Travel arrangements (bookings) and Expense reports
- Further you coordinate and process daily business tasks as: Onboarding a new team member, process employee terminations (retrieve badge, laptop, cell, etc.), request new signature authorities, request Computer access for vendors/contractors, perform as Time management administrator (Germany), run SAP reports (e.g. Invoices vs PO), order supplies for the team, preparing correspondences (formal letters), scouting of potential new suppliers, support execution of strategies and other tasks
