We need an experienced Team Lead to join our international team.
We are in a transition to a more efficient test management with the goal of building an interdisciplinary team. Therefore, in addition to the ability to work in a team, a high degree of independence is also required. A high degree of experience and the proactive contribution of ideas and the driving of change processes complete the picture.

**Your key tasks**
- Managing the customer's test campaigns (responsibility for the SIT, contact person for the customer in the UAT)
- Provision of test reporting for the customer and management
- Monitoring of defect deliveries and coordination of the developer teams
- Continuous improvement of the status quo and design of a complete and sustainable test approach

**Qualifications**
- Experience with test management in agile development
- Test experience at banks / financial institutions
- Experience with managing multiple agile teams
- Experience with the standardization of test management activities for several customers
- Experience in leading teams and motivating employees
- Excellent business understanding and high affinity for digital solutions in the financial services industry
- Strong structuring, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- High level of empathy when working directly with clients and internal teams
- Strong hands-on mentality, healthy pragmatism and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel occasionally

**It would be a real bonus if you have**
- Experience with ordinary test campaigns, as well as extraordinary (Hotfix)
- Experience with automated tests
