As a Software-as-a-Service portfolio powerhouse, we specialize in acquiring small software treasures and polishing them into industry stars. With a dynamic, fully remote team spanning 31 countries, we're rewriting the playbook on innovation and collaboration.
It was started by a group of experienced serial entrepreneurs. We looked at what made private equity firms and other common routes so maddening, and worked backward, simplifying every step. We are committed to building an extensive network of experts, who share best practices with our Brands and enable them to achieve their ambitious goals.
As a part of the saas.group **Central People Team,** you will be working closely with the business leaders and employees, providing them with HR lifecycle administration support.
**Your opportunity**:
- You create and maintain up-to-date and accurate, electronic and system-based records for employees in our HRIS, BambooHR.
- You support the employees during the entire employee lifecycle, from contract creation and onboarding to exit, preparing all required documentation (contracts, amendments, separation agreements, parental leave documents, etc).
- You run or support running payroll for our legal entities.
- You shape and redefine people operations processes that support the growth of our organization.
- You are an expert in labor law, your are following the newest regulations, and can adapt them to fit the organization best, ensuring compliance and fairness.
**What you bring to the table**:
- You have profound knowledge and experience in HR operations.
- You can guide the business on scalable people processes.
- You have a deep knowledge of European Labor Law (German Labor Law is a big plus) and compliance aspects of remote work.
- You have implemented and have a good understanding of the HR tools, including HRIS.
- You are highly organized, with great attention to detail.
- You can adapt quickly and excel when business plans change. You like a fast-paced environment with limited structure.
- **You are fluent in English (German is a plus) and have excellent communication skills.**
