You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 70+ people overall. This role is based in Berlin (). Most of our team is based in Berlin, Germany, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, UK, and other countries.

**About the role**:
As a People Business Partner (Operations), you will be responsible for partnering closely with our leaders and team members to create a healthy working atmosphere and own operational processes.

**What you will be doing**:

- Partner with leaders to master people-related challenges in a growing, multi-location/hybrid web3 Project.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify their HR-related needs in order to find solutions that are in line with our Safe values and feed into achieving Safe’s strategic goal.
- Create and implement various HR initiatives designed to achieve our department OKRs and ensure HR programs are executed in the entire Safe project
- Measure and assess the impact of your work and showcase highlights and lowlights in order to foster joined learnings within the people & talent team
- Ensure sure operational HR processes (contract management, payroll execution, employee requests,..) are running smoothly and according to latest regulations to create a great employee experiences
- Be the owner of our HRIS and reporting to ensure the underlying data for decision making processes are accurate

**What you will bring**:

- 4+ years of professional work experience in an operational HR manager role and a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a HR business partner role within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
- Deep understanding of operational HR processes, including knowledge of Labor, Social Security, and Tax Law in Germany (other EU countries are a plus)
- Distinctive attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, native level German is required

**Nice to have**:

- Social security and employment law knowledge of Spain and Portugal
- Experience in working with EOR providers
- Certificates in (agile) coaching, workshop facilitation or mediation
