**ABOUT THE VENTURE**

**Core Responsibility**: You will run and scale our operations
ChefCoco is a B2C product that is growing very quickly in Berlin, and will soon expand to multiple other cities.
**Our mission**: Is to bring mouthwatering, sustainable, personalized meals to every table, every day. Big taste, no fuss. Easy, speedy, and no mess— we give back time and headspace for other things. We are backed by Atlantic Food Labs and entrepreneurs who have backed the likes of Zalando, Gorillas, INFARM, SumUp, Auto1, flaschenpost, home24, and McMakler.
In this role you will develop a deep understanding of our operational needs, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations while also laying the strategy and plans to make sure we can continue to deliver an amazing product experience as we scale.
You will work closely with all teams (kitchen, product, tech, and growth) to tune the rest of our business based on what you see today and what you plan for our future operational set-up. You will build a strong passion for the ChefCoco product, an understanding of our users, and the skills and experience necessary to deliver an amazing product experience.
You will work closely with our Kitchen Operations team to support and develop our muscle of:

Supply chain management**: Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and logistics of food ingredients and supplies.
- ** Production management**: Understanding of food production processes, equipment, and regulations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- ** Health and Safety regulations**: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and food hygiene.

**Importantly**: This role is set for you to come in and be hands-on in executing our operational growth. There is potential to build a team as we scale but you will start as a builder.
