**Your mission**:
GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Head of Marketing Operations to join our Marketing Team in Berlin to ensure operational efficiency and design smooth workflows across our marketing functions and external departments.

Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2024. As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Head of Marketing Operations to join our team and build efficient marketing processes. This role will act as a sparing partner for our CMO, helping our marketers to hit their targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain our marketing campaigns calendar, ensuring alignment with GotPhoto’s overall goals and objectives
- Review our marketing processes to find areas where technology can improve efficiency and implement the necessary automation tools
- Spearhead the development of analytical tools and processes that drive efficiency across marketing channels, platforms, and functions
- Collaborate with the financial department to determine budgetary allocations
- Evaluate marketing tactics and strategies through the setting up of continuous test programs

**We are looking for**:

- +2 years working in a Marketing Operations role, on top of at least 7 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Proven track record of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes by implementing new technologies
- Ability to structure and turn complex matters into easy-to-follow procedures.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools, e.g. BI tools, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to convey complex messages and concepts in a simple and clear manner
