Sie unterstützen unser Team als

**Team Leader Filling (f/m/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führung und Entwicklung: Leitung eines Teams von Produktionsmitarbeitern, Förderung ihrer Entwicklung und Sicherstellung einer hohen Mitarbeitermotivation
- Produktionssteuerung: Überwachung und Steuerung der Produktionsprozesse, um die festgelegten Ziele in Bezug auf Qualität, Quantität und Terminplanung zu erreichen
- Qualitätssicherung: Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsabläufe
- Planung und Koordination: Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen (z.B. Logistik, Qualitätssicherung) zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
- Problemlösung: Aktive Identifikation von Engpässen und Problemen sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungsstrategien
- KVP & Lean Methoden: Aktives Mitwirken an KVP-Projekten und einhalten von Lean-Methoden

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im chemischen Umfeld, vergleichbar (wünschenswert)
- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position
- Führungskompetenz: Ausgeprägte Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
- Fachkenntnisse: Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von automatischen oder halb-automatischen Anlagen, Erfahrungen in Qualitätssicherung und Lean Management.
- Organisationstalent: Hohes Maß an organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck präzise und effizient zu arbeiten.
- Technisches Verständnis: Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Maschinen und Anlagen sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen.
- IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
