**Team Leader Filling (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Management and development: managing a team of production employees, promoting their development and ensuring a high level of employee motivation
- Production control: monitoring and controlling production processes in order to achieve the defined targets in terms of quality, quantity and scheduling
- Quality assurance: ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement of production processes
- Planning and coordination: liaising with other departments (e.g. logistics, quality assurance) to ensure a smooth production process
- Problem solving: Active identification of bottlenecks and problems as well as the development and implementation of solution strategies
- CIP & lean methods: Active participation in CIP projects and adherence to lean methods

**Qualifications**:

- Completed training in a chemical environment, comparable (desirable)
- Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a managerial position
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership and communication skills as well as experience in employee development.
- Expertise: Knowledge of operating automated or semi-automated equipment, experience in quality assurance and lean management.
- Organisational skills: High level of organisational skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Technical understanding: good knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment and the ability to analyse and solve technical problems.
- IT skills: Confident in using SAP and MS Office.
- Language skills: Good command of written and spoken German and English
