**OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE SPECIALIST(f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Project planning and (partial) project management if necessary
- Team composition of the associated organisation
- Preparation of kick-off presentations
- Project presentations; preparation of presentations up to presentation readiness
- Creation of the project masterplan
- Planning resources
- Setting up project budgets and controlling project costs
- Controlling the achievement of objectives (milestones + final project objective)
- Quality assurance in project management
- Project reporting
**Qualifications**:
- Completed scientific, business administration, technical studies or comparable qualification
- Lean / Six Sigma training (Lean Expert or Green Belt)
- Additional training in other improvement methods an advantage, e.g. CIP, Kaizen
- Several years of experience in the Lean and Operational Excellence environment
- Strong moderation and communication skills, especially in conflict and change situations
- Empathy and intercultural competence
- Curiosity about new areas of work and willingness to change existing systems
- Business fluent in German and English
