Automated Filling Equipment Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining fully automatic filling and production lines to ensure efficient conversion, adjustment, and cleaning processes.
- Skilled operation of semi- and fully-automatic filling, closing, and labeling machines to meet quality specifications.
- Compliance with safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment for the team.
- Contact person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Detailed documentation on product cards and filling logs to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Providing support to the team during refilling operations to ensure seamless process execution.
Qualifications:
- Sound handling of quality documentation, including reliable data management and record-keeping.
- Experience in handling chemical substances or hazardous materials is advantageous, demonstrating knowledge of proper safety protocols.
- A training background in process mechanics, chemical sector, or chemical technician would be desirable, showcasing expertise in mechanical systems and chemical processes.
- Good knowledge and experience in handling production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with the German language, both written and spoken, facilitating effective communication within the team.
- Physical resilience and stamina to handle the demands of the job, including manual labor and standing periods.
- An independent and quality-oriented approach to work, prioritizing attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- A bonus of up to 5,000€ may be offered for possessing a valid ZÜP certification, adding an incentive for qualified candidates.
