Our SaaS platform extracts company-specific information mentioned during your sales meetings such as pain points, desired goals, and competitive USPs, and recommends deal strategies with the highest chance of success.

Internship

**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:

- ** Strategy**: Support the founders in strategic decisions, providing them with the necessary data and proactively adding value with whatever might be relevant in the specific situation
- ** Sales & Marketing**: Proactively search for channels and create content to nurture business growth
- ** Talent acquisition**: Setting up all our recruiting activities, conducting interviews, and setting up processes & tools
- ** Investor Relations**: Work closely with the CEO to ensure effective investor relations by preparing and following up on meetings as well as creating documents
- ** Accounting & Reporting**: Make sure our business runs smoothly and we have a clear picture of our current financial situation at any time

**Erwartete Qualifikationen**:

- Currently studying in / recently graduated with a degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field in a top-tier university
- 1-2 previous internships in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e.g. consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC...)
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - You're planning a startup or have started one yourself. You have demonstrated a strong bias for action and are always ready to "get things done" - with a plan.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, focus on what's important, and think on your feet about what's next.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and changing business needs
- Excellent German and English communication skills
