About Yepoda
We are a Berlin-based K-Beauty start-up that is dedicated to introducing the best of Korean skincare and beauty trends to the European market.
Korean skincare rituals are in the beauty scene well-known as the secret weapon for healthy and beautiful skin. At Yepoda, we believe in the Korean expertise, traditions and beauty innovations of the country while we give all our skincare products our own twist: Our mindfully produced skincare products are 100% free of nasties like silicones and parabens, cruelty-free, vegan and made with love in Korea by our K-Beauty experts.

By becoming a part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of beauty and contribute to our collaborative, creative, and passionate work environment. Our team is made up of more than 45 amazing human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story. You probably guessed it already: Our company language is English. Through a working day in the office you’ll be hearing everything from Dutch, French, Spanish, Korean, Italian and a bit of German.

Tasks

YOUR TASKS

As a Founder’s Associate at Yepoda, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our founders, playing a vital role in the company. You will assist our leadership team in strategizing key topics, shaping future company goals, and preparing investor reports for our internal and external stakeholders.

As a Founder’s Associate, you will be at the forefront of our strategy. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

- Be the right hand of our founders, working on day-to-day operations and company needs
- Assist in formulating new company objectives and identifying interesting business opportunities
- Help translate the management strategy into execution, coordinating and communicating with our Business Development, Marketing and Operations teams
- Engage in cross-departmental projects to monitor the implementation and timeline of the strategic direction
- Prepare management and board presentations for C-levels and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy and visual impact

**Requirements**:
YOUR PROFILE

Master in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar
- First experience in consulting, VC or high-growth startups
- Fluent in English, other languages such as German, Spanish, French or Italian as a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of G-Suite
- Strong interest in beauty topics and up to date with latest trends as a plus
- You are a team player, open for new things and you are excited about the chance, to take on responsibility in a young startup and grow together with us
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
