Join our dynamic team to support the founders and senior leadership on key projects
- Tackle scalability issues within the company, such as process optimization and warehouse expansion.
- Serve as a liaison between the founders and various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and priority alignment.
- Proactively contribute to making Smalt a better company.
- This position is available as hybrid or in-person in Berlin and is for a duration of at least 3 months.

- C2 level fluency in German, both written and spoken is a requirement for this position
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (C1 or more)
