cliqe ist ein junges Creator Economy Startup, dass eine Plattform anbietet und es allen Content Creatorn ermöglicht, ihre Leidenschaft und Community zu monetarisieren, indem sie Zugang zu 250+ Marken und einem persönlichen Bio-Link erhalten. Content Creator können einfach die Partnerprogramme auswählen, die sie bewerben möchten, ihre eigene Bio-Site erstellen und den Bio-Link in ihrer Social-Media-Bio einfügen.

Das junge Team besteht aus zwei erfahrenen Gründern mit Startup- und Venture Capital-Erfahrung bei Unternehmen wie Trade Republic, Scalable Capital, Wefox und Antler sowie einem Content Creator und aktuell vier Werkstudenten. In unserem dynamischen und flexiblen Umfeld, bekommst du als frühes Teammitglied viel Verantwortung und Impact mit deiner Leistung

Aufgaben

Als Founder’s Associate Praktikant:in arbeitest du direkt mit den Gründern zusammen und erhältst somit von Tag 1 hohe Verantwortung in unserem Team. Zu deinen Aufgabenbereichen zählen unter anderem:

  • Unterstützung der beiden Gründer durch tagesaktuelle, operative Themen
  • Recherche- sowie Analyseaufgaben für die Strategie- und Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Analyse und Verbesserung von Prozessen sowie Tools im Marketing, Sales, Creator Success, Partnerschaften, Operations, Finance, Product etc.
  • Akquise von neuen B2B-Partnern und weiteren Marken aus verschiedensten Verticals
Qualifikation
  • Mindestdauer von 3 Monaten (freiwilliges Praktikum) bzw. 5-6 Monaten (Pflichtpraktikum)
  • Bachelor oder Master in einem wirtschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Herausragende Kommunikation in deutsch und englisch
  • Starke Leidenschaft für die Creator Economy
  • Strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Detailorientierung und hoher Qualitätsanspruch an die eigenen Leistungen
  • Eigenverantwortung, Proaktivität und Motivation persönliche Ideen sowie Vorschläge mit einzubringen
  • Teamorientierung und Spaß an dynamischen Startup-Atmosphäre
