**A snapshot of your day**: You will collaborate with all regional units worldwide in a data driven environment.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Alignment of Project DAsh topics between the six Regional Service Units (RSUs) with the intension to harmonize processes (reporting thresholds, NCC Management, etc.)
- Build-up and drive regional key user communities to skill-up commercial project managers (logic of data load, FINKD calculation, FC validation) and sensitize for the importance of Project Dash for commercial core processes
- Drive, Support & Train the RSU Project Dash Community
- Push for Project Dash as the lead Project Forecasting tool & monitor the Forecast accuracy
- Support the GS Project Data Quality Initiative regarding Master, Milestone & Financial Data checks
- Ensure data accuracy & consistency for Service Project / Portfolio Reporting
- Understand & manage the interfaces between Project Dash and Service specific project tools
- Set your own footprint with high quality standards and result-oriented work

**What you bring**:

- Ideally University degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Accounting or similar combined with professional working experience
- Experience in project management / project accounting / project controlling of complex projects (collected over many years) ideally within the Service business
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Experience in using Project Dash as a reporting & forecasting tool, e.g. as a Commercial Project Manager
- Communication skills for e.g. management presentations, team building capabilities for heterogenous teams, as well as the ability to interact with people across the globe
- Personal strengths in business results orientation, collaborating & influencing, intercultural sensitivity, team development and value orientation
- Experience in customer orientation, change management, strategic-innovative orientation, and leadership
- High degree of own initiative
- Ideally experience with automating standard processes as well as knowledge of BI Tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
