**A Snapshot of Your Day**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our SE HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Understanding relevant business priorities as well as acting as a Senior consultant to the Leadership Team in all strategic HR topics
- Driving HR Priorities like Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, Performance management etc.
- Employee Engagement, M&A, Restructuring and Delegations
- Ensuring people related annual cycles e.g. Merit, MyPerformance in close collaboration with your HR colleagues in the Regions and Centers of Competence (CoC)
- Acting as an ambassador for people culture as well as playing a key role in enabling diversity, equity and inclusion
- Consulting the Leadership Team fact-based by using dashboards/data analytics
- Participating in SE HR projects, programs and initiatives as well as preparing and facilitating workshops for Leadership Team
- Coaching and supporting leaders on leadership effectiveness and work environment changes

**What You Bring**
- Completed Master’s degree
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a demanding, international HR environment
- Excellent know-how in developing and implementing strategic concepts and initiatives
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience in working on international and interdisciplinary projects, good experience in project management is desirable
- Acting as a self-starter with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
