Was tragen Sie bei?
Sie übernehmen eigenständig das Projektcontrolling inklusive der Berichterstattung für ein großes Straßenbahnprojekt im internationalen Umfeld. Sie stimmen sich regelmäßig mit den beteiligten Schnittstellen sowie dem kaufmännischen und dem technischen Projektleiter zum kommerziellen Stand ab. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Projektleitung bei Durchsprachen/Abstimmungen mit Schnittstellenpartnern und bereiten Präsentationen und Analysen vor. Sie sind verantwortlich für das monatliche Reporting, die korrekte Darstellung aller Projektdaten in den relevanten Tools (Dash / ROCCIT etc.) und unterstützen bei der ordnungsgemäßen Erstellung des Monats- / Quartalsabschluss. Außerdem ermitteln Sie die Ursachen der Abweichung zwischen Soll- und Ist-Werten, analysieren Schwachstellen, schlagen Maßnahmen vor und stimmen diese ab. Ferner treiben Sie das Risiko- und Chancenmanagement im Projekt. Sie unterstützen den kaufmännischen Projektleiter in allen kaufmännischen Belangen um die Erreichung der Projektziele sicherzustellen.Was bringen Sie mit?
