Datacolor is seeking a talented **Office Assistant/ Industrie Kaufmann-Kauffrau / Bürokaufmann-Kauffrau** to join our global workforce.
As a global leader in color management solutions, we specialize in offering instruments, software, and services to improve the precision, performance, and efficiency of the color workflow for our customers.
**Position Summary**
As an **Office Assistant / Industrie Kaufmann-Kauffrau / Bürokaufmann-Kauffrau** at Datacolor, you will maintain the organization's administrative and organizational activities in Germany. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Germany, promoting flexibility and independence with a **part-time** schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **general administrative and organizational tasks**, ensuring smooth operations within the company.
- Maintain efficient filing and archiving of paper documents.
- Support in administrative tasks such as procurement of mobile phones, IT equipment, and dealing with insurance and lease matters.
- Assist in fulfilling VBG regulations related to occupational safety and occupational medicine.
- Support management with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with all rules & regulations concerning HR, pension management, and illness notifications.
- Organize and manage documentation of filing A1 documents.
- Ensure administrative compliance with health and safety regulations according to German regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Education in Industrial Management (**Industrie Kaufmann/Kauffrau**) or Office Management (**Bürokaufmann/Kauffrau**).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a GmbH setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with VoIP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German &. English.
- Detail-oriented, keen to work with numbers and handle precise administrative tasks.
- Experience in HR administrative tasks and knowledge of German legal and administrative requirements.
**Working Hours**
Monday to Thursday, 4 hours per day. A total of 16 hours per week.
