Responsibilities

The on-the-job training includes:

  • Planning, organizing, and carrying out office tasks and procedures.
  • Working in areas like Assistance, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, Procurement, Accounting, and more.
  • Collaboration and communication with internal and external partners.
  • Secretarial and assistance tasks.
  • Preparation of appointments, events, and meetings.
  • Data research and presentation preparation.
  • Identifying needs and procuring materials.
  • Tasks in accounting and using booking systems.
  • Support with HR-related tasks.

Theoretical Training

Comprehensive knowledge in specific subjects at the Paul-Spiegel-Berufskolleg in Dorsten.

Training Duration - 3 years.

Training Location - Evonik's training network in the Chemiepark Marl, which includes various companies like Evonik, Arcelormittal Bottrop, Eastman Chemical, and more.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enjoy working in a team and communicating.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in business and commercial concepts.
  • Organized and flexible with a love for digital tools.
  • Responsible, reliable, and a team player.
