**Responsibilities**:
- Proactive support of the head of Creavis in various strategic and conceptual tasks- Independent research and writing of lectures, presentations and texts on scientific, technical and commercial topics and issues- Active design and implementation of publications and communication campaigns for social media, internet/intranet, print media, etc.- Independent preparation and follow-up of appointments as well as creation of decision templates, including their coordination and communication- Identification and evaluation of trends and developments in the field of chemistry and related disciplines in order to derive new research questions and projects- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and external partners such as universities, research institutions and industrial companies- Independent conceptual design and active participation in internal and external events, e.g. visits by board members, politicians, universities, customers, etc.

**Requirements**:
- Successfully completed university studies with a doctorate in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or related courses of study- Experience in the research and development of chemical compounds, materials or processes- Experienced handling of MS Office modules- Fluent written and spoken German and English- High degree of communication, organizational and teamwork skills as well as initiative, resilience and creativity- Careful and accurate way of working, coupled with very good skills to convincingly communicate and present scientific results
