**First insights**:
MobiLab is hiring skilled and highly motivated Project Management Coordinator (PMC) to support our Cloud Adoption teams. As a PMC, you will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers and project teams in the planning, execution, and closeout of our complex Cloud Adoption projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced technology team and make a significant impact on our customer’s strategy. - Support the set-up of the entire project tooling (such as Confluence, Miro, Trello, Jira, SharePoint, etc.) in a templated manner
- Managing the entire life-cycle of meetings (preparation, execution, post-processing & follow-ups)
- Maintain project documentation, such as project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports
- Support the development of project plans, including timelines and budgets for Cloud Adoption projects
- Track project progress and continuously update project schedules and plans
- Help to coordinate the project closeout process, including collecting and distributing project deliverables, and conducting a project retrospective for Cloud Adoption projects

**This is your background**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a project management team or in a similar role (e.g. project assistance, PMO)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience with project management tools (such as Confluence, Jira, Trello)
- Experience with O365 (specifically in creating Excel and PowerPoint files)
- A plus, but not a must: German skills
