Our experienced team of _**Telecommunication Industry**_ experts provide fiber optic deployment, planning & documentation, construction permits, quality assurance and project management services.

We are currently looking for a **Telecommunications Coordinator** for our ongoing projects in Germany. The FTTH Telecommunications Coordinator is a highly involved, daily production driving/tracking manager that oversees multiple crews of fiber splicers and cable placers to provide direction, priority guidance. In this role you will act as their first level manager and will ensure that department milestones are met.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supervising and coordinating the Fiber Optic Network Deployment activities.
- Following up on the implementation process of the project in the field by keeping track of the number of appointments completed.
- Ensuring proper quality standards and adequacy of equipment for each Network deployment activity; giving crew leads direction regarding procedures, road safety, trench safety and general oversight, thus helping to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Coordination between the Telecom Field team and the Survey engineer.
- Documentation and reporting of the overall connection progresses in premises of the subscribers.
- Overseeing operations to ensure user-satisfaction, project continuity, and internal consistency

**To qualify for the role you must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or in another related technical field
- 1-3 previous working experience on PON deployment (Fiber optic splicing, cabling, PM measurements)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Ms. Office
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills
- Good leadership & problem-solving skills
- Flexibility
- EU Driver's License
- Ability to multitask and simultaneously manage multiple crews in multiple locations effectively and efficiently on a daily basis and report operational results timely

**Ideally, you ’ll also have**:

- Proficiency with instructing others on the proper and safe use of tools including cable strippers, fiber hand tools, and electronic fusions splice machines and test equipment
- Good command of the German language (current level: B2)
