Mediterranean Oil Services GmbH (MedOil) is a provider of professional Oil and Gas services, particularly in Libyan oil sector, as well as other logistics services.

As soon as possible, we are looking for a

**Medical Services Coordinator bilingual (German/English)**

**Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Coordinating patient care plans by liaising with all necessary care providers and medical professions to ensure patient needs are met.
- Use computer software to admit and discharge patients, coordinate follow-up appointments and refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Works closely with the clinical team to ensure information received is accurate, timely, and moved through the pre-authorization process efficiently.
- Maintains open communication and service relationships with German hospitals, physician offices, utilization and case management nurses, member services, claims, and provider relations.
- Assists in reviewing and editing correspondence.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient visits.

**Your profile**:
**Medical Services Coordinator Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years working in a clinic Coordinator or similar role
- Superior interpersonal communication skills and the ability to exercise empathy when working with patients.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills decision-making skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
