Tasks
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop FIRST A’s CRM marketing strategy to improve CLV and present the most relevant experience to our customers based on predictive and rule-based segmentation.
- Ensure consistency in data-driven decision making and strategy formulation within the CRM department and in CRM campaigns and programs.
- Determine the scope of support necessary from other organisational departments such as the Tech and BI departments in order to support CRM programs.
- Develop, manage, and review the annual CRM roadmap with revenue and business KPI projections.
- Undertake rigorous monitoring and evaluation of CRM campaigns (including A/B testing) and activities in order to measure ROI, prioritisation of resources, and enable continuous improvement in consumer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Conduct consumer experience research, consumer segmentation, and consumer roadmap analysis.
- Consistently evaluate consumer data and behavior, program engagement, rewards redemptions, user experience analysis, as well as business performance metrics in order to realise areas of improvement in First A’s CRM campaigns, which will drive better results in consumer acquisition and retention.
- Identify emerging opportunities that the business could capitalise on and gain a competitive advantage in terms of consumer acquisition and retention.
**Requirements**:
- 7-8 years’ proven experience of leading a team and knowledge of CRM systems to strategize and implement campaigns / CRM strategy.
- Excellent technical knowledge of CRM tools and analytical systems.
- Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in Ecommerce.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
- Keen interest and ability in conducting analysis of data and deriving insights from those data analysis to achieve productivity gains and ongoing improvement in key processes.
- Basic knowledge of databases including SQL and associated reporting tools.
- Strong team player skills, motivation, project management skills and good communication skills.
- Speak English fluently (German or any other language is a plus but not required).
