**What Will Your Role Be**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Head of CRM (f/m/d) who can significantly impact and propel our business to the next level. If you're eager to implement your ideas and establish the CRM system independently, this is the perfect opportunity Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, you'll take ownership of the complete implementation of our group-wide CRM, playing a crucial role in pushing our business forward.
**What You´ll Do**:
- Take the ownership of the global group-wide CRM activities, with core markets DACH, US, NL, FR & Nordics
- Lead the implementation of Emarsys as our new group-wide marketing CRM system
- Develop multi-channel customer journey and lifecycle strategies
- Set up automated and personalized campaigns targeted toward different customer segments
- Introduction of measures such as a loyalty program to maximize customer lifetime value
- Close collaboration with the BI, analytics, and commercial teams to make best use of all of our data sources
**What You´ll Bring**:
- University Degree in business administration, economics, data science, engineering, IT, marketing, or comparable
- Several years of experience in CRM for an e-commerce platform or retailer
- In-depth knowledge of all fields of CRM, from technical, automation & segmentation to content
- Profound understanding of CRM technical requirements
- Basic knowledge of data programming & automation
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-maker
- Excellent team player, hands-on mentality, and a collaborative spirit
- Experience in the implementation of a new CRM system, ideally Emarsys
- Leadership experience and German language skills are a plus
