DAS ERWARTET DICH
Als Head of Digital Marketing & CRM (m/w/d) setzt du wesentliche Impulse bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Omnichannel Strategie. Dein Bereich gliedert sich in die Bereiche Performance Marketing, und CRM auf. Besondere Schwerpunkte sind dabei das Performance Marketing mit einem klaren Wachstumsziel sowie die Weiterentwicklung unseres CRMs, welches neben den eCommerce Kund\*innen auch das gesamte Loyalty Programm unserer drei Häuser umfasst.

In dieser Funktion berichtest du direkt an den General Manager Omnichannel und übernimmst insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

- Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Strategie und des Loyalty-Programms als Zentrum unserer Omnichannelstrategie
- Planung und Umsetzung unserer CRM Kampagnen sowie der datengetriebenen Analyse und Optimierung aller CRM Aktivitäten
- Erarbeitung personalisierter und individueller Customer Journeys über alle Kanäle hinweg
- Strategische Führung des Performance Marketings als wichtigster Wachstumstreiber im Digitalbereich
- Erarbeiten von konkreten Maßnahmen zur Steigerung unseres ROAS und Customer Lifetime Values
- Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung deines bald neunköpfigen Teams

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du bist gerne eine Führungskraft und konntest bereits Erfahrungen in Leadershippositionen sammeln
- Du bist Expert\*in im Bereich Performance Marketing und hast tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der Skalierung von Paid Ads
- Du bist Expert\*in in Online-Marketing und verstehst es sehr gut, Kund\*innen langfristig digital zu binden
- Deine Erfahrung im eCommerce wird dir helfen, schnell die richtigen Dinge anzugehen
- Eine Affinität für Luxus und Lifestyle ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
- Kommunikation ist deine ausgewiesene Stärke: Du weißt, wie du Menschen begeistern und nachhaltige Beziehungen aufbauen kannst
- Deine Führungsprinzipien basieren auf „Servant Leadership“ und die entsprechenden Methoden auf „Management 3.0“
- Wenn du dann auch noch unternehmerisch denkst und mit uns etwas Großes aufbauen möchtest, bist du bei uns genau richtig
