With a team of software development, our solutions span over website development, mobile app development, ecommerce development and custom built software on multi tech-stack and platforms. Being a full service agency, we also offer digital marketing services with focus on SEO, Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Google Ads and Content Marketing strategy. Our service offering completes with IT Outsourcing Resources with a dedicated team of project managers, software developers, DevOps and Cloud engineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Present product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to earn high earnings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Compensation and Commission Structure**:

- The position is commission-based, with a commission rate of up to 15% per sale.
