**Job Description**:
As a member of the Universal Consumer Products Northern Europe team, you are responsible for all administrative matters including office management and event organization as well as giving support to the team in all relevant business function such as Category Management, Franchise Marketing & Retail. The position is fixed term for five months (June - October) with the possibility of extension.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Assist with planning and organizing meetings, trade fairs, partner and internal events (virtual and in-person)
- In close collaboration with finance department track department marketing spend, create and set up new vendor accounts, raise purchase orders (using SAP), code invoices for payment and ensure timely payment
- Support in creation of presentations, newsletters, and other sales materials
- Assist with competitor analysis, market research, store checks
- Coordinate onboarding of new team members
- Organize travel arrangements as well as travel expenses for the regional director and the department directors
- Provide general administration tasks (e.g. maintain databases, contact lists) as well as office administration (order stationary, supplies and equipment for department as needed)
- Facilities duties, arranging couriers & post as needed
- Act as Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) contact for the team
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required

**SKILLS / QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills coupled with the ability to balance and prioritize work coming in from the team
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to research and source ad hoc information independently
- Strong PC skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams, SAP
- Fluent in German and English
- Enthusiastic, passionate, flexible and highly motivated
