Sales Regional Vice President

**Purpose of Position**:
The Sales Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for delivering the Sales strategy as well as the implementation and coordination of their regional sales plan and tactics to support NetJets overall growth across the region. The RVP leads Sales responsibility in their assigned region across both the NetJets product and service offerings. The RVP will lead a team of high performing Sales professionals to drive and achieve sales targets within their region.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports within the region on Sales strategy and tactics, pipeline, process, systems, business skills and results to enhance sales targets and team development
- Manage and cultivate an energetic, positive, collaborative, and high performing Sales culture that actively lives NetJets’ Core Competencies and supports the 20/20 Flight Plan
- Drive and convert new Sales opportunities through collaboration with internal stakeholders and strategic partners whilst ensuring the retention of existing owners
- Actively review Sales activity, pipeline and overall Sales performance, as well as addressing any performance issues in a constructive and timely manner, as per internal processes
- Motivate the regional team through clear goal setting, weekly Sales meetings and recognition, ensuring an appropriate support system is available for each individual team member
- Promote the adoption and use of Salesforce effectively to ensure optimum team output and effectiveness
- Responsible for high priority projects including territory optimisation
- Develop a reliable talent pipeline in conjunction with the HR team through the timely recruitment and training of new Sales team members
- Define applicable metrics and analytics for continuous improvement
- Be accountable for the execution and achievement of sales goals set forth by Sales Management, including quotas and processes involving sales improvement, revenue generation and market share growth
- Identify, develop and recommend new regional specific market and product opportunities whilst providing accurate internal forecasting
- Demonstrate an understanding of current market trends and provide the Sales team and other internal stakeholders with actionable insights
- This position will require substantial travel (up to 50%) within the assigned region is required as well as travel to Company meetings and events outside the Region of responsibility

- Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or related field is required or equivalent work experience demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding in chosen area of expertise
- Business fluent in English and German, written and oral
- 6 to 10 years’ proven Sales leadership with a successful track record of growing high-performance teams and delivering substantial growth within a high performing and fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Organised and consistent in managing tasks throughout a long-term Sales cycle
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages including, MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in the use of CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly desirable)
- Knowledge of target market and research tools for prospecting
- Experience working within a HNW/UHNW environment and/or private aviation
