As Operations Specialist you play a key role in growing and ensuring the future success of 4.screen. As you manage the entire company’s operations, you ensure that 4.screen meets highest standards, both internally and externally on a daily basis and engage in crucial strategic decisions that shape 4.screen’s future.

Tasks
This is how you will shape the future of mobility
As our Operation Specialist you will support the success of our 4.screen Marketplace:
- Take responsibility for the efficiency of our internal processes: You manage 4.screen’s processes running through the design-model-execute-monitor-optimize cycle of process management.
- Bring our Business Intelligence to the next level: You parse 4.screen’s BI data, create reports and inform management decisions. Besides, you prepare graphical illustrations for both, internal and external stakeholders.
- Shape 4.screen’s corporate culture: You promote intra-team exchange, design decision-making processes, and foster teamwork.
- Drive our organizational development: You support an efficient organizational development taking into account the sharp increase in employees and the evolving (legal) structure of
the organization.
- Take part in our transition from a Start-Up to a Scale-Up with changing challenges: You support in dynamic topics like internationalization activities or defining new state-of-the-art tools that facilitate the daily work of 4.screen employees.
**Requirements**:
Who are we looking for?
- Business administration degree (Master’s degree) with a focus on operations, organizational development, or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in operations
- Ideally experiences in working in a start-up/ scale-ups
- Passion for operations, mobility and tech start-ups
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident communicator with different levels of stakeholders
- High initiative and problem-solving mindset
- Team player who is willing to become part of a great team
