- und Luxusunternehmen in den Bereichen Mode, Accessoires, Schmuck, Beauty und Lifestyle. Im Auftrag unseres Kunden - Marktführer im Bereich Brillen (Sun & Optical) - suchen wir in München/Grasbrunn einen Retail Operations Specialist (gn) für die Region DACH & Tschechische Republik.

**Ihr Aufgabengebiet als Retail Operations Specialist**
- Unterstützung der Store Manager der der Region zugeordneten 80 Point-of-Sale (Stores, Shop-in Shops, Outlets) in allen 4 Ländern durch Bereitstellung und Pflege von In-Store Informationen zur Erreichung der Umsatzziele und die Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung einer optimalen Personaleinsatzplanung über alle POS-Konzepte hinweg, um maximale Stundenproduktivität ohne Umsatzeinbußen zu garantieren
- 'Gatekeeper' für die Kommunikation zwischen der DACH-Zentrale und dem Store-Netzwerk mit dem Ziel einer jederzeit sehr klaren, effizienten und effektiven Kommunikation
- Koordinierung mit dem technischen Team der Region, um jederzeit volle Funktionalität aller (digitalen) Systeme in den POS zu gewährleisten und den Launch neuer Projekte und Aktionen voranzutreiben
- Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Unterstützung und -Trainings durch Storebesuche

**Damit begeistern Sie uns als Retail Operations Specialist**:

- Abgeschlossenes (Hochschul-)Studium mit mindestens 3 Jahren Führungserfahrung im Einzelhandel und/oder Erfahrung im Außendienst eines Einzelhandelsunternehmens, idealerweise im Bereich Accessoires
- Klares Verständnis für das Daily Business und die unterschiedlichen Dynamiken des Retail über verschiedene Store-Konzepte hinweg (Fullprice, Outlet, Shop-in-Shop)
- Fähigkeit zur klaren und wertschätzenden Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe über alle Kommunikationsmittel und auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Bereitschaft zu wöchentlicher Reisetätigkeit von ca. 50% in der Region DACH & CZ (auch mit Übernachtungen) und der Möglichkeit, die restliche Zeit vor Ort im Office in München/Grasbrunn zu arbeiten (reine remote-Tätigkeit NICHT möglich)
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache wie z.B. Italienisch, Französisch oder Tschechisch ist willkommen
