**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung von Angeboten für Distributoren und Direktkunden in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsteam
- Beantwortung der Anfragen von Kunden und des Vertriebsteams
- Lösungsfindung bei Kundenanfragen
- Monitoring von Kundenzahlungen
- Berichterstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege relevanter Projekt
- Termingerechte Erstellung und Verteilung von Berichten, Prognosen und Umsatzinformationen
- Allgemeine Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams durch Beratung und Information
- Mitarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten nach Bedarf

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung, Vertrieb, Sales Operations, Customer Operations oder ähnlichen Positionen
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (muttersprachlich oder C-Level-Kenntnisse) sowie sicheres Englisch - jede zusätzliche andere europäische Hauptsprache ist willkommen, insbesondere Französisch, Spanisch oder Italienisch.
