Join us at Ventura TRAVEL - a group of specialized travel brands that unleash the adventurer in every person In the Flights department, our mission is to provide flights for our brands based on quality and efficiency work between sales and flights.

As our Flight Specialist you would be working directly with our internal customers, our Travel Specialist. You'll be helping them book, issue, reissue and refund flights for our trips. As an operational department, be prepared to be part of our rotation system for emergencies. As a team, we have the challenge to always provide a good and fast service in order to be able to achieve our objectives. We like to focus on our company values. You will report to the Flights Team Lead, and you will be part of the Operations Flights Team, which currently has 2 flight specialists, you might be the 3rd

**_On daily basis you will_**:

- Make flight reservations, quotations, ticketing, exchanges and refunds for our specialized trekking trips around the world.
- Manage groups and allotments
- Maintain contact with our airline partners in Germany.
- Search for flight offers within our routes or be able to present new alternatives.
- Update and keep flight data in our mid-office system
- Be ready to answer emergency calls on a rotating basis with the rest of the team.

**_The basics you bring along_**:

- Two-year experience working with Amadeus.
- English and German proficiency at C1/C2 level in speaking and writing
- Experience on Customer Service with great service mentality.
- Good skills on prioritizing and organization.
- Great analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to details.
- Being able to work under pressure.

- Professional certification in Tourism or Aviation
- Have experience working with other GDS.
- Previous experience working in an airline.
