Customer Service Administrator

Are you looking for a rewarding job with exciting opportunities for your professional and personal development? We are hiring a Customer Service Administrator located in our Showroom in Munich.
**YOUR TASKS**
- Back office and administration support to the sales department on both multi-brand locations and department stores
- Maintenance of the corresponding customer master data
- Daily order entry by phone and mail, proactively send out stock lists (basic EDI knowledge advantageous)
- Support with pre-order & stock-order entry
- Processing and following up on invoices, credit notes, deliveries for all sales transactions as well as return requests
- Supporting the sales manager in all necessary tasks (showroom & sell-in preparation, pre-order & in-season management, after sales activities)
- Developing recommendations for potential initiatives and business growth with each individual business partner.
- Coordinate, create and optimize reportings to analyze the customer’s performance together with the sales team.
- Working cross-functionally with departments including Finance, Logistics, IT and Marketing

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- First professional experience in Sales, Controlling or Floor Management could be an advantage
- Distinct understanding of numbers and strong analytical skills
- High level of motivation with a strong focus on communication and team spirit
- Excellent German and very good English skills
- Excellent MS Office and excel skills, experience with data warehouse could be an advantage
