Aufgaben
We are about to launch our cutting-edge solution for type 2 diabetes, fully reimbursed in the German market. Join us now to experience the exciting and fast-paced moment of launch, to be entrusted with many responsibilities, and to see the results of your work every day as you bring about positive impacts in the care of millions of people.
As one of the first members of the customer success & operations team, you will work directly with our founders and across the whole company. You will be the first point of contact for patients and doctors interested in learning more about our solution, guiding them along the pathway through which they can get access to Una Health. You will ensure that patients receive all the information and materials they need to make the most of the Una Health Program, and will be on hand to address their questions as they progress through the Program. You will collect their feedback and communicate it to product and medical teams to ensure continuous improvement of our solution, driven by patient and healthcare professional needs. As the field is novel, there will be plenty of opportunity to innovate, experiment, and take ownership, all while having a front-row seat on how an early-stage digital health startup is built and grows. Examples of specific tasks include:
- Communication with patients throughout the patient journey, from initial interest in Una Health through to completion of the Program
- Communication with healthcare professionals interested in learning more about prescribing Una Health for their patients
- Communication with relevant partners responsible for various aspects of the patient journey
- Handling logistics and inventory for materials required by patients to undertake the Una Health Program
- Handling support requests from patients during the Program, liaising with technical, medical, and other teams as necessary
Qualifikation

- Experience: Work experience in a customer-facing role and project management. Previous experience in (digital) health and from a fast-paced environment such as startups, consulting, agency or tech is a plus.
- Language: Native (or equivalent) in German is required. Fluency in conversational English is a strong plus
- Passion: You are motivated by our mission and the potential of digital health for our society
- Skills: You are well-organized and able to work independently and solution-oriented with a practical, “real-world” sense of what is actually “do-able”. You are communicative, empathic, friendly and have a service mindset (creativity is a plus) You have some tech affinity and are open to flexible timings.
- Education: Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Communications, Science, Social Science, Medicine or a related field
