Innerhalb des Bereichs Consumer IT & Channels beraten wir bereichs
- und resortübergreifend zu Produktabbildungen und definieren das optimale Lösungsdesign. Egal in welchen Projekten Du arbeitest, Du lieferst Referenzdaten termingerecht oder sorgst um Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung für eine hohe Lieferqualität.

**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Du verantwortest als Specialist Configuration Managment (m/w/d) die Bearbeitung von anspruchsvollen Produktkonfigurationen im Mobil
- und Festnetzbereich im Rahmen von Projekten als Teilprojektleiter auf Basis von Solution Design Dokumenten und Workordern für weitere fachliche Anforderungen.
- Du führst für die Qualitätssicherung Tests und Reviews von Konfigurationen durch.
- Du trägst die technische E2E-Verantwortung der Konfigurationen über alle verantworteten Systeme hinweg.
- Du überprüfst die termingerechte Lieferung und detaillierte Korrektheit der Konfigurationen.
- Du stellst den Life Cycle der Produkt Konfiguration sicher und stehst dabei in engem Austausch mit dem IT-Betrieb.
- Du unterstützt den Second
- und Third-Level-Support des IT-Betriebes, sowie die Fachbereiche bei der Fehleranalyse.

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Informatik oder Technik oder eine Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Telekommunikationsumfeld.
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in BSS- und OSS-Systemen.
- Gute Kenntnisse in relationalen Datenbanken, SQL, XML und UNIX.
- Klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation.
- Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau (CEFR), fließende Deutschkenntnisse.

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
