At Picnic, we're changing the way people shop for groceries. We do this with our innovative and sustainable app-only service, without physical stores. As a Store Manager, you play a pivotal role in the execution of our week-on-week content within the Picnic app. This entails facilitating various initiatives, ranging from our weekly promo offers to showcasing the latest arrivals in-store, and spearheading our seasonal campaigns, such as Christmas and Easter. **In a nutshell**:
In this role, you will be part of the Store team: the team that is responsible for all business operations in our app Your primary responsibility lies in developing and maintaining week-on-week content through the configuration and optimization of our app-based campaigns on all our pages. In essence, you oversee the entire operational aspect of in-app campaigns to ensure that we deliver maximum value to both our customers and Picnic as a whole. As a Recipe Coordinator, you will work closely with category managers, copywriters, designers, suppliers and analysts.
We seek individuals who are hands-on and possess a keen eye for detail coupled with a passion for flawless execution. You understand what inspires customers during their shopping trip and select the best promotions, inspiring recipes and relevant products for our customers to showcase.
**What you'll do**:
- Plan and execute our in-app campaigns: from article selection to page configuration
- Identify commercial opportunities to drive sales and conversion and improve the offer for our customers every day
- Manage our store: ensuring zero waste while guaranteeing high availability
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign results
- Collaborating closely with various teams, from category managers to targeting and design specialists
- **About you**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant and commercial working experience
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
- Exceptional planning skills, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Drive to deal with day-to-day operations and keen attention to detail
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Bonus: Experience with marketing automation systems such as Salesforce or similar configuration tools
